The red wines include Les Puits Neuf Chateauneuf-du-Pape from France and a Marques de Riscal Rioja Reserva from Spain both of which benefit from full-bodied richness and a great depth of flavour. The two white wines are both from France and include a classic Pouilly-Fume Les Griottes and an excellent bottle of Philippe de Mery Chablis from the celebrated Burgundy region.
