Our Returns Policy

Need to return an order?

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their Regency Hampers purchase. If you've changed your mind, you can return your hamper within 14 days of delivery, as long as its unopened and in its original condition. Please note that we're unable to refund perishable items, like fruit or cheese, or any personalised products. Returns should be sent using a tracked and signed-for service, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return an item/hamper? +

Yes, if you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your hamper within 14 days of delivery, providing it's unopened and in its original condition. Please use a tracked and signed-for service to return it to us. Once we receive the package, we'll inspect the product and process your refund accordingly. However, we're unable to refund fresh components such as cheese or any personalised items.

Do you charge to return an item to Regency Hampers? +

Any charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and not Regency Hampers. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service for your peace of mind.

Cancellation FAQs

How can I cancel an order? +

Orders can be cancelled up until 48 hours before the point of dispatch. Cancellations beyond this point may incur a cancellation and restocking charge if the goods have been packed and/or dispatched. Please contact us if you require any further assistance at info@regencyhampers.com.

Can I amend/add to my order once it has been placed? +

We may be able to amend your order if you contact us prior to the package being dispatched. Once it has been sent, we'll no longer be able to make any changes. Get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
