That’s why we’re delighted to offer complimentary next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm (GMT). Whether you’re sending a thoughtful surprise or planning ahead for a special occasion, you can rest assured that your luxury hamper will arrive fresh and right on time courtesy of our reliable delivery service.
Simply select your preferred delivery date during checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. From sumptuous food hampers filled with handcrafted delicacies to refined hampers for all occasions, your gift is meticulously put together and dispatched with care to arrive at their door.
Please note that in December, we generally require 48 hours’ notice to ensure your festive hampers arrive when expected, and slightly longer delivery times may apply to more remote destinations such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland

Our Christmas Delivery Schedule
The festive season is our busiest time of year, and our priority is ensuring your Christmas hampers arrive in perfect condition when you need them most. During December, we recommend placing your order with at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee delivery on your chosen date.
With increased demand and courier schedules during the Christmas period, our delivery windows may be slightly extended. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to pre-order your festive hampers early. Track your hamper from order to delivery
You’ll receive a tracking link to follow your hamper’s journey in real time once it is on its way, From the moment it leaves our warehouse to the second it reaches its destination; you’ll have complete visibility and peace of mind.
Our tracking service means you can keep your recipient informed, coordinate delivery times if needed, and ensure someone is available to receive your thoughtful gift. It’s just another way we make luxury gifting effortless, giving you confidence that your hamper will arrive exactly when expected.
Delivery FAQs
What if the recipient isn't in?

If the recipient is unavailable when our courier arrives, the driver may leave your hamper with a trusted neighbour. A card will be posted through the letterbox with details of the attempted delivery and instructions for collection or re-arrangement. There is the option for the recipient to collect the hamper from their nearest depot (available the working day after the card is left) or arrange re-delivery to the original address during normal working hours. Our courier will automatically re-attempt delivery the following day. However, if three further delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Regency Hampers. Please note that a charge of £6.99 applies for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. Additional charges may apply for perishable items (such as smoked foods, cheeses, and hams) that become unsuitable for sale and require replacement due to failed delivery attempts. To help ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate address with the correct postcode and contact telephone number. If you know the recipient will be at work during delivery hours, consider arranging delivery to their workplace instead. Alternatively, you can email us at info@regencyhampers.com to request that the parcel be left with a nominated neighbour or in a safe place (at the customer's own risk).
Will my hamper arrive in good condition?

Absolutely. All hampers are put together with care so that they arrive in perfect condition, with all contents secure and beautifully presented. We place great importance on selecting quality packaging materials and assembly methods to protect even the most delicate items during transit. While we strive to deliver on your requested date and succeed in the vast majority of cases, rare circumstances beyond our control – such as severe weather – may occasionally cause delays. Should this occur, our Customer Service Team will take immediate steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed. Your tracking link will provide real-time updates on your hamper's progress.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international delivery due to the challenges facing UK couriers post-Brexit. This is a service we hope to reinstate in the future, and we appreciate your understanding. All our hampers are available for delivery to UK mainland addresses, with our standard free next working day service ensuring your gifts arrive as expected and in perfect condition.
