Cotswold Cheeses
Simon Weaver Organic is run by a three-generation farming family in the Cotswolds. Emphasis is on traditional methods, high standards of animal welfare and environmentally conscious practices. Their rich and creamy brie is the quintessential taste of a classic English picnic, pairing perfectly with apple slices or as part of a ploughman’s lunch. We’ve incorporated it into our Highgrove Hamper with Moet Champagne, making it a local produce hamper that’s fit for the royal family. Locally Baked Shortbreads
Four Angels is an award-winning bakery that creates handmade treats in the heart of the Cotswolds. These brilliant bakers have come up with a variety of delicious cakes and biscuits, with their classic English shortbread made with all butter for a rich and indulgent flavour. It makes the perfect addition to a local food hamper, traditional afternoon tea or a sturdy biscuit for dipping in your tea. Our Tea Lover’s Gift Set features their shortbread alongside their moreish double chocolate biscuits and also adds in slab cake and strawberry jam for good measure. Gourmet Cotswold Loaf Cake
The clue is in the name with The Cotswold Gourmet. This is a range of premium desserts that draw on local heritage and traditional recipes. The Fruit and Nut Loaf Cake with Marzipan Star makes a mouth-watering sweet treat to go with a cup of tea or a glass of bubbly and feels like a real treat. We’ve paired it with Stornoway’s Caramel Butter Shortbread and a lemon sponge steamed pudding in our elegant Ascot Hamper with Prosecco. Severn Valley Smoked Salmon
Fish doesn’t get much fresher than plucked straight from the banks of the River Severn. Severn & Wye is a family-run business that caters to true foodies and even runs a cookery school to protect the future of local fishing. Their smoked salmon has been hand-prepared using traditional methods to bring out the natural flavours. We’ve paired it with mature cheddars and brie, chutney and porcini crackers in our local Pembroke Hamper with Prosecco while adding chocolate biscuits and luxury chocolates to polish it off.
Local Distilled Gin
This is one for the G&T-lovers! Cotswolds Distillery runs the first, full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds and produces a premium range of whiskies, gins and liqueurs while supporting the local community. Their gin uses traditional methods and equipment and carefully selected botanicals including coriander seed, lavender, bay leaf and cardamom. It’s the centrepiece of our Cotswold Gin & Tonic Indulgence Hamper and comes with premium tonic water and even gin-and-tonic-flavoured popcorn. There’s also cheese twists and chutneys, olives, cakes and coffee to complete the selection.

Cotswold & Orchard Pig Cider
We’re celebrating great Cotswold cider with two leaders in the field – Cotswold Cider and Orchard Pig. These local breweries are making the most of local apples with crisp, refreshing and distinctive flavours that embrace their heritage. Orchard Pig ensures they have vegan-friendly options with the emphasis on the fruit rather than the bubbles. For this local produce hamper, we’ve chosen their tangy Reveller Cider and paired it with a selection of sweet and savoury treats in our Cotswold Hamper with Cider. Oatcakes and marmalade, crisps, pastry twists and peanuts are balanced by luxury shortbread and classic chocolates.
Cottage Delight Chutney
Going strong since the 70s, Cottage Delight does traditional food with time-tested tastes. This family-run business started with butter fudge and has since branched out to chutneys, jams, sauces and more, all created in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Their Caramelised Onion Chutney uses muscovado sugar and oak-aged balsamic vinegar to create it’s deep and rich flavour. It’s perfect for pairing with strong cheeses and we’ve matched it with Organic Cotswold Brie and mature cheddar in our Trafalgar Hamper with Alcohol-Free Pressé. We’ve also added their Strawberry Extra Jam and Classic Orange Marmalade as well as oatcakes, peanuts, shortbread and mint chocolates.
