The cheese selection is rather splendid: Godsell's 'Leonard Stanley' Cheddar with its traditional rind, Simon Weaver Organic Cotswold Brie, and Miller's 'Grate Britain' Cheddar. We've paired them with Highfield Preserves' rich and tangy tomato chutney, Perello pitted Manzanilla olives, and West Country Legends spicy chilli cheese straws for a proper ploughman's experience.
