The wild salmon fishery is located between the River Severn and River Wye in Gloucestershire on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, and it is here that they practice the old-fashioned art of smoking the finest quality salmon which goes into our hampers.

Its production techniques and smoking processes are still very traditional - grading, filleting, curing and cutting are still mostly done by hand - giving products a unique and distinctive taste.
