A vineyard in Twyford has won a medal in a global wine competition, news which may interest luxury wine hamper fans.
Stanlake Park scooped a bronze award in the 2010 Decanter World Wine Awards for its Regatta White Wine, Get Bracknell reports.
Tasting Director at Decanter Christelle Guibert claimed the win is testimony that "home-produced" beverages can contend at an international level.
She added the victory is a "fantastic" result for wines produced and bottled in the UK.
Vineyard owner Mr Dart said he was particularly pleased his drink was able to "demonstrate its quality" in one of the globe's most prestigious competitions.
"The Decanter Award is highly valued by our small vineyard. We distribute Regatta in Waitrose and they suggested we enter the wine," he added.
Last week, it was revealed wines from Australia topped the leader board in the Decanter World Wine awards, winning 33 gold medals in total
