Wine hamper fans may be interested to hear leading industry figures from Chile and Australia will participate in a question and answer session at the Global Wine Conference in London.

The event will take place on September 7th and Adolfo Hurtado from Cono Sur, Phil Ryan from McWilliams and Felipo Tosso from Vina Ventisquero will be on hand to discuss the challenges facing winemakers, Harpers Wines and Spirits reports.

Representatives from retailers across the UK including Tesco's directors for drink Dan Jago and Justin James from Sainsbury's will also be at the convention to look at ways the wine industry can boost sales using the internet.
