A Cheshire park could be the perfect venue for those who want to enjoy some al fresco dining while taking in some live music this summer. Tatton Park's picnic festivals will return on July 28th and 29th and this year will see acts such as Rick Astley, Tony Hadley and Roland Gift of the Fine Young Cannibals take to the stage in the grounds of the historic estate. Attendees are encouraged to bring along their own picnics and the Sudeley picnic hamper, which contains luxury ingredients such as Champagne, smoked salmon pate and Lindt chocolate, might be ideal for couples heading to the event. For larger groups, the four-person Badminton, packed with wine, smoked duck, fresh fruit and a selection of cheeses, among other items, could be a better option. Rick Astley and the other musical icons will perform on Sunday July 29th, while the Saturday is dedicated to the Hallé Fireworks and Choral Spectacular. A 100-person choir and orchestra conducted by Stephen Bell will perform a set of choral works, concluded with a firework display.
