Fruity chocolate has half the fat

A new chocolate recipe could halve the fat in the tasty treat by replacing cocoa butter and milk with fruit juice.

Scientists from the University of Warwick have found that they can use tiny droplets of orange, cranberry or apple juice instead of fatty ingredients. And while these chocolates may taste a little fruity, their texture is unchanged.
