Birthday hampers may soon be on the way to Dannii Minogue as the pop star is preparing to celebrate a landmark date. The former X Factor judge turns 40 next month and while many are not happy about approaching that age, she told the Herald Sun she has plenty of plans for the occasion. Friends will have several opportunities to shower Minogue with gifts such as birthday hampers, as she explained: "I am so excited. I don't want one big party. I want to do a few different fun things." The star will be in London for the October 20th birthday, but will later celebrate in Melbourne. She was speaking from Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, where a collection of gowns she has worn on red carpets was on display. Birthday hampers could also be heading to Jennifer Hudson this week, as the singer and Oscar-winning actress turned 30 yesterday (September 12th).
