A baby gift hamper could be on Celine Dion's wish list after the announcement that she is expecting twins.

The 42-year-old singer's husband told People magazine that after six in-vitro fertilisation treatments and acupuncture they are "ecstatic".

Rene Angelil added: "Celine is just hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one baby and the news that we are having two is a double blessing."

A baby gift hamper, which could include a teddy bear, hand-finished willow presentation basket and personalised gift-card, would surely be a welcome present for the expectant mother, who can find out the gender of her babies this month.

Dion, who is nearly four months gone, already has a nine-year-old son called Rene-Charles.

Another famous face who recently revealed a new baby is on the way is comedian Jason Manford, who announced the news that he is going to be a dad again on his Twitter page.
