Terms and Conditions

Regency Hampers Ltd - Terms & Conditions - Please Read

1. All prices and product information are correct as of September 2009. Some may change subsequently, customers will be notified of any price increases at the time of ordering.

2. Some products contain nuts, egg, milk and other allergens. Please refer to product packaging for further information.

3. All contents have been fairly described and photographic props such as demonstrative foods, plates, glasses, cutlery and other utensils are not included unless stated.

4. The weights given are approximate only and packaging may vary from those shown.

5. In the event of supply difficulties, Regency Hampers reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

6. Wine vintages and labels may vary from those shown.

7. All items featured within our brochure and website are subject to availability.

8. Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over.

9. Whilst Regency Hampers will do our utmost to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date, please note that such dates serve as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed in any way.

10. Regency Hampers reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Customer.

11. Any claim for non-delivery of any Goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to Regency Hampers Ltd within 10 days of the intended delivery date.

12. Regardless of how the order is communicated to Regency Hampers (on-line, fax, e-mail, telephone-call etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct at least two working days prior to despatch. Regency Hampers do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:

1. inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details;

2. delayed payment (cleared funds);

3. delayed order receipt.

13. All goods remain the property of Regency Hampers Ltd. until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

14. No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Company and in terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.

15. All orders are subject to availability.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control.

17. LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by English law.
